If you reached this page of our website, you are a kindred spirit - curious, just like me. As a middle school teacher, the "curious kids" were always the most challenging and the most fun to teach. Always questioning, always discovering, always wanting to know more.
Albert Einstein said, "I have no particular talent. I am merely inquisitive.” Curiosity inspires us to wonder about the world's mysteries and investigate new ideas. Curiosity breeds a love of learning.
Before I made my first batch of soap, I read and researched. The more I studied the more questions I had, and the learning journey continues to this day. I love and enjoy what I do. It is not a job it is a passion. What I have
discovered has enriched my life.
The purpose of Ida’s Corner is to share some of what I have learned
with you, our Chagrin Valley community. Just click the links in the left side bar and together we will become
more knowledgeable and healthy consumers.

In my own little corner in my own little chair
I can be whatever I want to be.
On the wings of my fancy I can fly anywhere
and the world will open its arms to me.
