OUR NEW COOLING MENTHOL SALVE
Congestion, Sore Muscles and Fatique . . . Oh My!
I made this super cooling salve for the family and they loved it so much I decided to add it to our product line.
A great multipurpose salve to help with congestion, aching muscles and joints or mind and body fatigue. Menthol stimulates cold sense receptors in the skin and nose causing a cooling sensation when applied topically or inhaled.

United States Postal Service Increases
Postal Rates

The USPS will be increasing postal rates. The new rates will
go into effect on our website on January 25th. We are going to
try and absorb much of the increase cost for US domestic shipping,
so prices will only increase slightly. International customers

Valley Soap we strive to keep our community informed and up to date
on every aspect of our business as soon as possible. Your loyalty
and support are important and we feel that we need to share, in
advance, our intention to increase our prices.

Due to several natural factors, the cost of our raw materials has been steadily rising over the past few years. We have tried to absorb many of these costs with the hope that prices would stabilize,
but unfortunately this has not happened. While we will continue to keep our prices as low as possible, we can no longer continue to absorb the rising cost of raw materials.
Therefore, as of January 7, 2013 there will be a small increase of
about 2 to 4% in the price of many of our products.
In the future, should prices drop back for some ingredients, we will
reduce our prices accordingly to give our customers the BEST value.
Thank you, our fabulous and dedicated customers, for your continued patronage and support. We sincerely hope that you will understand the necessity for this crucial increase as it will allow us to continue to provide the high quality natural and organic products that you have come to know and love.

Chagrin Valley Soap and Salve is excited to announce that Cleveland Magazine has awarded one of our products the distinction of “Best in Cleveland.”
We will receive the award during a celebration at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland, Ohio in October.
The October issue of Cleveland Magazine featuring the “Best of” list hits newsstands on Friday, September 21st. Each year, both magazine readers and editors choose the most outstanding, unique, and extraordinary things from Cleveland in a variety of categories.
At this point, we are not allowed to announce which of our products won but assure you we are stocking up on the winning product because we anticipate heavy demand after the issue is released.
We will be telling you more about the award in the coming weeks. We are
honored Cleveland Magazine, its staff, and readers recognized one of our
products as the best of Cleveland this year.
