Organic Essential Oils
We chose essential oils for their skincare benefits and for the aromatherapy they offer.
Essential oils have an immediate impact on our sense of smell. Only natural botanical essential oils can cause various neurochemicals to be released in the brain which can affect the body, mind, and spirit.
Although synthetic fragrances or "nature identical" oils are available in a wider selection and at a much lower cost, we use only the purest natural plant essential oils, not those cut or adulterated with inferior oils or chemicals.
We use USDA certified organic essential oils whenever possible, but even our conventional essential oils must meet strict standards. Since we are a certified organic company, we are required to submit documentation to our organic inspectors that even our "non-organic ingredients" were produced without the use of toxic pesticides, genetically modified organisms (GMOs), sewage sludge, solvents or irradiation.
