Organic Spearmint Essential Oil
Spearmint essential oil, Mentha spicata, is steam distilled from the leaves and flowers. Although it has an aroma is similar to peppermint, the menthol content in spearmint is much less, making it a bit milder and gentler oil. Spearmint and peppermint oil share similar medicinal properties.
