Warm a very small amount between your fingertips—a little goes a long way.

Here are our suggestions for using the Cocoa Butter Hair Whip: Directions For Dry Scalp: Using your fingertips gently massage a small amount of hair balm into your scalp. The massaging action aids in the absorption. Leave on for at least 15 minutes and then wash and style as usual. For Dry Hair: Place a small amount of butter in the palm of your hand, rub palms together and apply to hair starting at the roots and working to the ends. For an intensive hair treatment: Wrap buttered hair in a warm towel for 30 minutes or longer. Wash and style as usual. Use a leave in conditioner after shampooing to help prevent split ends, calm frizz and flyaways and add a healthy shine. Place a small amount of butter in the palm of your hand, rub palms together and scrunch into hair ends only or smooth over the length of your hair and comb thoroughly to evenly distribute the butter. I currently use the Cafe Moreno shampoo bar with an apple cider vinegar rinse twice a week and am looking to add a conditioner to my routine. Hello, I have long , fine and very straight hair. I have a very oily scalp and must wash it everyday. Normally it is very manageable with shampoo & conditioner and then a leave in conditioner for the tangles. I have been using the butter bar shampoo for about 2 weeks now and my hair is so dry and brittle I can’t get a comb through it. I have even resorted to washing it every other day, which has not helped, so I have gone back to my old conditioner and leave it conditioner., which has helped. I always let my hair dry on it’s own. Everything I have read here says I can leave it in but only if I then dry it. Can it be left on without drying it?: Hi Irene, Thanks for your question! It sounds like the Butter Bar might not be the best option for you. This is a VERY heavy bar better suited for those with very coarse, thick, dry hair. It contains double the amounts of oils and butters as our other shampoos and is not really meant to be used as a shampoo as it does not cleanse much. I would recommend trying a couple different sample sized shampoo bars that may be better fits for your hair type such as the Coconut Milk, Rosemary Lavender or Summer Sunshine. It also helps make better lather, which is the second thing. Lather is very important, otherwise you are putting more oil in the hair than cleansing. Be sure to work up a really good lather, not in the hair, but in the hands as much as possible, then use the hands to get more lather in the hair. Hope this helps! An sehr sonnigen oder warmen Tagen sollten Sie die Gläser oder Dosen vor dem Öffnen einige Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen, damit sie aushärten können, falls sie beim Transport geschmolzen sind. Wenn Sie die Gläser oder Dosen öffnen, um zu prüfen, ob sie geschmolzen sind, kann es passieren, dass etwas ausläuft und eine Sauerei entsteht!

Was tun gegen Schmelzen?

Creme-Deodorants

Wenn Sie meinen, Ihr balsamartiges Deodorant sei geschmolzen oder flüssig, legen Sie es VOR dem Öffnen des Glases für 10–15 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank. Sobald es fest wird, rühren Sie es um (damit die Feststoffe nicht auf den Boden sinken) und stellen Sie es erneut in den Gefrierschrank, bis es fest ist!

Manchmal schmilzt ein Creme-Deodorant beim Transport unter warmen Bedingungen und wird dann vor Erhalt langsam wieder fest. Dieses Schmelzen und langsame Abkühlen kann zu einem körnigen Gefühl führen. Sollte sich Ihr Deodorant körnig anfühlen, schmelzen Sie es einfach, rühren Sie es gründlich um und stellen Sie es in den Kühlschrank, bis es fest ist.

Da die Deo-Sticks einen höheren Anteil an Bienenwachs enthalten, reagieren sie weniger empfindlich auf einen Anstieg der Außentemperatur.

Geschlagene Körperbutter

Stellen Sie eine geschmolzene Körperbutter in den Kühlschrank, bis sie fest ist.

Bei unserem Handaufschlagverfahren entstehen winzige Luftbläschen, die das Volumen erhöhen, ähnlich wie bei Schlagsahne. Wenn ein geschlagenes Produkt schmilzt, platzen die Luftbläschen und das Volumen verringert sich.

Obwohl das Glas also zunächst bis zum Rand gefüllt war, befindet sich im Behälter weniger Volumen (da die Luft abgelassen hat) und der Behälter sieht möglicherweise tatsächlich halb voll aus.

Nach dem Abkühlen hat die geschmolzene Schlagbutter die Konsistenz unseres Körperbalsams und ist immer noch ein hervorragender Feuchtigkeitsspender.

Zuckerpeelings

Wenn ein Zuckerpeeling schmilzt, kann sich das Öl etwas absetzen. Gut umrühren und für 10 bis 15 Minuten in den Kühlschrank stellen. Natürliche Bio-Körperbutter aus geschlagener Kakaobutter Zunächst einmal ist es ein reines Naturprodukt. Handelsübliche Lotionen sind das NICHT. Unsere Körperbalsame und Sheabutter enthalten nur die Inhaltsstoffe, die sie zur Befeuchtung Ihrer Haut benötigen.

Cremes und Lotionen mit synthetischen Inhaltsstoffen reizen oft empfindliche Haut, verschlimmern gereizte Hautzustände und lösen allergische Dermatitis aus.

Die von uns verwendeten Bio-Öle und -Butter enthalten KEINE Chemikalien auf Erdölbasis (Mineralöl, Vaseline, Paraffin), keine chemischen Emulgatoren (DEA, MEA, TEA), keine chemischen Konservierungsmittel (Parabene, Harnstoff), kein Propylenglykol, keine künstlichen Farbstoffe oder synthetischen Duftstoffe.

Ist Ihnen schon einmal aufgefallen, dass Ihre Haut beim Verwenden Ihrer Körperlotion nie feucht bleibt und Sie immer wieder zur Lotionflasche zurückgreifen müssen?

Achten Sie auf die Inhaltsstoffe. Der Hauptbestandteil einer Lotion ist Wasser! Sobald Wasser zur Herstellung einer Lotion hinzugefügt wird, sind Konservierungsstoffe erforderlich, um Schimmel- und Bakterienwachstum zu verhindern.

Keine Alkohol- oder Erdölbestandteile

Handelsübliche Lotionen enthalten oft Isopropylalkohol und/oder Mineralöl. Beides trocknet die Haut stark aus. Der Alkohol sorgt durch Verdunstung für ein vorübergehendes Kühlgefühl.

Mineralöl ist ein klares, flüssiges Öl ohne Geruch und verdirbt nicht. Es ist sehr preiswert, da es als flüssiges Nebenprodukt der Erdöldestillation zur Herstellung von Benzin und anderen Erdölprodukten aus Rohöl entsteht. Es ist in Lotionen, Seifen, Babyöl, Kosmetika und Motoröl enthalten. Mineralöl

Es eignet sich hervorragend zum Ölen Ihrer Holzschneidebretter – aber nicht für Ihre Haut. Mineralöl dringt nicht tief ein und macht die Haut nicht weich. Es zieht schwer ein, bildet einen Überzug auf der Haut und verstopft die Poren. Für eine gesunde Haut sollten Sie auf Hautpflegeprodukte auf Mineralöl-, Tierfett-, Erdöl- und synthetischer Ölbasis verzichten.

Es hat so viele Verwendungsmöglichkeiten

Wir wissen, dass natürliche Körperbutter hervorragende feuchtigkeitsspendende Körpercremes sind. Aber hier sind einige weitere Möglichkeiten, wie wir diese Balsame und Butter verwendet haben:

Werden Sie Ihre rissigen Fersen los
Sanft in sehr trockene Bereiche Ihres Gesichts einmassieren
Beruhigt und glättet die Haut nach der Rasur
Geben Sie einen Klecks in Ihr heißes Badewasser, anstatt synthetische Badeöle zu verwenden
Massieren Sie etwas davon in Ihre Nagelhaut ein, um sie weicher zu machen
Für einen tollen, ganz natürlichen Lippenbalsam in die Lippen einmassieren

TIPP: Wenn Ihnen das Anwendungsgefühl einer Lotion besser gefällt als das einer Creme, massieren Sie unsere reichhaltigen Schlagbutter nach dem Baden oder Duschen in die warme, feuchte Haut ein. Warten Sie einen Moment und tupfen Sie die Haut anschließend sanft trocken. (Nicht trockenreiben!)

Da eine Lotion lediglich aus viel Wasser und Ölen besteht, fühlt sich eine reichhaltige Naturbutter auf warmer, feuchter Haut ähnlich an.
