How to Use
Use in the bath or shower.
- Scoop a small amount of scrub into wet hands and massage onto damp skin using gentle circular motions.
- Pay special attention to rough areas like elbows and knees while avoiding sensitive areas.
- Allow the moisturizing scrub to remain on the skin for a minute or two so the nourishing oils and butters can soften and hydrate.
- Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Because our Pumpkin Spice Body Sugar Scrub is rich in moisturizing ingredients, you may not need to apply additional moisturizer—but every skin type is different, so follow what feels best for your skin.

"I used this scrub last year and it smelled divine and provided a lovely exfoliation, but I noticed after I got out of the shower and patted dry that I had painful red splotches on my shoulders, buttocks, and parts of my legs. It looked as if I got a sunburn just on those parts. I hadn't used anything new except the scrub, and I know for certain I'm not allergic to anything in the ingredients so I think my skin didn't respond well to all of the spices/spice essential oils. I also don't consider myself to be someone who has sensitive skin, so it was really surprising. I had to get right back in the shower and wash off, which helped. I would recommend this only if you're sure you can tolerate the spices on your skin."

By the time I realized this it was too late. The last half of the jar pretty much turned into sugar water. Using too much makes the shower slippery. The scrub felt nice to use once in a while, but it did nothing for the “chicken skin” on my arms which was the main reason I wanted to try it. For the price I won’t be buying again :("

- Hello! Thanks for your question! There is organic pumpkin seed oil in our pumpkin spice lip balms and soaps but not in our pumpkin spice scrub. This has to do with the consistency of the product. When pumpkin seed oil is added to the whipped scrub product it becomes oily and is difficult to whip properly. I hope this helps answer your question!

Warum schmelzen manche Produkte bei warmem Wetter?
Da wir auf den Einsatz synthetischer Stabilisatoren und Wachse verzichten, reagieren unsere in Gläsern und Metalldosen verpackten, empfindlichen Naturprodukte empfindlich auf Temperaturschwankungen.
Obwohl der Versand in der warmen Jahreszeit eine echte Herausforderung für unser Unternehmen für Naturkosmetik darstellt, nehmen wir diese Herausforderung an, um unseren Standard an natürlicher und pflegender Hautpflege aufrechtzuerhalten. Wir hoffen, Sie stimmen dem zu.
Bei warmem Wetter können Produkte weich werden oder sogar schmelzen, wenn sie in warmen Postwagen, Briefkästen oder auf Veranden liegen.

Was tun gegen Schmelzen?
Creme-Deodorants
Wenn Sie meinen, Ihr balsamartiges Deodorant sei geschmolzen oder flüssig, legen Sie es VOR dem Öffnen des Glases für 10–15 Minuten in den Gefrierschrank. Sobald es fest wird, rühren Sie es um (damit die Feststoffe nicht auf den Boden sinken) und stellen Sie es erneut in den Gefrierschrank, bis es fest ist!
Manchmal schmilzt ein Creme-Deodorant beim Transport unter warmen Bedingungen und wird dann vor Erhalt langsam wieder fest. Dieses Schmelzen und langsame Abkühlen kann zu einem körnigen Gefühl führen. Sollte sich Ihr Deodorant körnig anfühlen, schmelzen Sie es einfach, rühren Sie es gründlich um und stellen Sie es in den Kühlschrank, bis es fest ist.
Da die Deo-Sticks einen höheren Anteil an Bienenwachs enthalten, reagieren sie weniger empfindlich auf einen Anstieg der Außentemperatur.
Geschlagene Körperbutter
Stellen Sie eine geschmolzene Körperbutter in den Kühlschrank, bis sie fest ist.
Bei unserem Handaufschlagverfahren entstehen winzige Luftbläschen, die das Volumen erhöhen, ähnlich wie bei Schlagsahne. Wenn ein geschlagenes Produkt schmilzt, platzen die Luftbläschen und das Volumen verringert sich.
Obwohl das Glas also zunächst bis zum Rand gefüllt war, befindet sich im Behälter weniger Volumen (da die Luft abgelassen hat) und der Behälter sieht möglicherweise tatsächlich halb voll aus.
Nach dem Abkühlen hat die geschmolzene Schlagbutter die Konsistenz unseres Körperbalsams und ist immer noch ein hervorragender Feuchtigkeitsspender.
Zuckerpeelings
