Return Policy

About returns: Because our products are natural and handmade, we cannot guarantee their purity once they leave our facility. For safety and hygiene reasons, anything that has been shipped cannot be restocked or resold, so we generally do not accept used products as returns. That does not change our promise. Just reach out, tell us what happened, and we will find a solution together.

We know it can be hard to choose new skin care products online. That is why we offer many of our soaps, shampoo bars, and other products in sample and trial sizes, so you can experiment before committing to a full size.

Order Changes or Cancellations:

We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted we cannot accept cancellations or changes.

Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients.

People with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product. If you are in doubt, always try an allergy patch test, and if irritation occurs at any time, discontinue use of the product.
