Sizing

• A unisex tee or sweatshirt features a straight, slim, boxy style
• Although the style is unfitted, it is more similar to that of a “typical” male cut than a female cut
• For women with a larger bust or hips the straight cut can cause sizing to be a bit tricky
• Sizing is also tricky for men with very wide shoulders since a male specific T-shirt will often have more definition in the shoulders and arms
• If you are debating between two sizes, we would recommend sizing up.

What is Combed Ringspun Cotton?

Eco-friendly and sustainable organic ring-spun combed cotton is all about softness, durability, and comfort. It gets its name due to the manufacturing process designed to thoroughly soften and straighten each fiber. While normal cotton fiber looks gnarled and scratchy under a microscope, the yarn for ringspun cotton is continuously spun and twisted to produce long, thin, soft, very smooth threads that are exceptionally durable and free from the rough texture of standard raw cotton. The fibers are then combed to remove imperfect strands which means a smoother fabric.

What is What is rPET??

One of the world's biggest problems is single use plastics, like bottles. An estimated 60 million plastic bottles are thrown out every day. rPET is PET plastic (usually water bottles) that has been "recycled," reprocessed, and made into something new like activewear or outdoor gear and even shoes. Since rPET cannot be recycled again it is not part of a truly closed loop circular economy. However, choosing rPET helps support plastic recycling efforts, saves energy, resources, and breathes new life into single use materials as it rescues these plastics from landfills where they can take thousands of years to break down.

NOTE: Since 50% of the yarn is comprised of a variety of recycled bottles, it is difficult to always get consistent lots of fabric. There may be some slight color imperfections in the blacks.
